I am a full-time real estate agent since 2014. During my period of practice, I have successfully helped numerous buyers seek and purchase profitable property investments, in both Singapore and overseas. My clients includes individuals who wants to grow their number of properties without incurring additional buyer stamp duty (ABSD), young families who want swap their current property for a newer and more profitable asset, and also foreigners who want to relocate to Singapore.

Currently, I am a Senior Associate Division Director in PropNex, and I have transacted in HDB, private residential, commercial shophouses and offices, and industrial factories.

Before I had a career change, working as a regional electronics components distribution manager in a Multinational Corporation has open up many numerous opportunities and build an extensive network for me. Through this professional experience, I have developed inter-personal skills, great negotiation skills, and maturity.

I am a strong believer of integrity. It's about doing the right thing, knowing that nobody is going to know whether I did it or not. Honesty and work ethnics are deep seated in my character. Thus, It is very important that client’s interest comes first before monetary gains.

Creating The Boutique Experience For Client:
Imagine walking into a high-end luxury boutique store, without prejudice, the sale person provides her highest level of customer service. This sales person readily share the latest designer collection, so you be educated with current fashion trends even if you decide to leave without buying.

Periodically, the sale person follow-up with you to review new product, and send invitation to store events and product launches.

Should you purchase an item, sales person would go to the counter and wrap your item nicely with box and ribbon then hand you a paper bag. Be it whether the item is expensive or not, the sales person still hands you your product in a paper bag service.

Since property is one of the biggest purchase in your life, shouldn’t you deserve the best service?
